Restorative Sleep Medicine was established in 2024 to meet the sleep care needs of patients in the Charlottesville area. With the growth of telehealth, we have extended services to cover the entire Commonwealth of Virginia. Here at Restorative Sleep Medicine, we treat patients of all ages, and manage patients with existing sleep disorder diagnoses as well as new patients needing evaluation and treatment. We are also happy to offer more difficult to access treatments, such as behavioral approaches like CBT-i and CBT-H
